PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate a smaller capacity well and easily transfer a sample from one multi-well plate to another multi-well plate.SOLUTION: A fluorescence measuring multi-well plate 1 including a plurality of wells 15 used for fluorescence measurement of a sample comprises: a multi-hole plate 10 including a plurality of through holes 16 corresponding to the plurality of wells 15 along a plate thickness direction; and a transparent film 20 closing one opening of each of the through holes 16 in the multi-hole plate 10. The multi-hole plate 10 includes light-blocking fillers 6 dispersed in a rubber-like elastic body 5, and the film 20 is fixed to the multi-hole plate 10 via a transparent adhesive layer 30. There are also provided a multi-well plate set, and a manufacturing method of the fluorescence measuring multi-well plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
