The invention relates to a flat prefabricated concrete part (4) for the construction of multi-storey car parks comprising at least one net-like, at least partially within the precast concrete part (4) arranged textile reinforcement (24) which is designed such that it completely on the precast concrete element (4) acting inner tensile stresses has, wherein the textile reinforcement (24) at least partially outside the precast concrete part (4) protruding fiber sheets (14). The invention has for its object to provide a flat precast concrete part and a composite component for the construction of multi-storey caravans, which is significantly reduced in weight from the known reinforced concrete components, which has a thinner wall thickness than known steel concrete finished components and which is also significantly more resistant to corrosion than it is even possible with the known reinforced concrete prefabricated components. The invention also relates to a composite component for the construction of parking garages with such a precast concrete part.
