The system (10) has a communication unit operatively attached with a data storage unit for data communication to a wireless coverage area. A calculation unit calculates and analyzes the characteristic data and predetermined significant value of a structurally differentiated machine to provide information for the diagnosis of present or projected structural condition of a rolling unit (12) located on a wheeled machine (16).
