A gauge for measuring 2-dimensional heat flux is provided, including: a first temperature measuring part including a plurality of different measuring points spaced apart from each other in a thickness direction; a second temperature measuring part provided on one end portion of the first temperature measuring part and including a plurality of different measuring points spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction; and heaters installed in the first temperature measuring part and heating the first temperature measuring part and the second temperature measuring part. Therefore, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a gauge for measuring 2-dimensional heat flux that is capable of measuring heat flux in a thickness direction using temperatures measured at two different measuring points in the thickness direction of a thick plate and that is capable of measuring heat flux in a radial direction using temperatures at two measuring points spaced apart from each other along an outer surface of the thick plate and having different depths may be provided.
