The present invention includes: a plurality of accelerometers which are installed at different positions in the height direction in a building and measure accelerations generated in the building; and a calculation device which calculates, by using the accelerations measured by these accelerometers, and wherein the calculation device detects flying object (airplane) collision into the building, when the ratio of the accelerations measured by the plurality of accelerometers exceeds a first threshold.
