The invention relates to a heat exchanger (1) comprising a heat-transfer fluid capable of diving at least partially into a tank (14) containing a phase-change material (PCM) (13), comprising: a plurality of tubes (2), each tube (2) comprising a first end (3) adapted to be arranged in the upper part of the exchanger (1) and a second end (4) adapted to be arranged in the lower part of the exchanger (1), a distributor (5) placing in fluid communication the first ends (3), a collector (6) putting in fluid communication the second ends (4), the distributor (5) comprising a pipe (7) opening suitable for introduction or the evacuation of the coolant in the heat exchanger (1), the collector (6) comprising a duct (8) opening adapted to the introduction or discharge of the coolant in the exchanger (1), characterized in that the coolant is two-phase with u n liquid state and a gaseous state and able to circulate in the exchanger (1) and that the pipe (8) of the manifold (6) and the pipe (7) of the distributor (5) are configured to open in the upper part of the exchanger (1). The field of the invention relates to Thermal Storage Systems (SST) by Materials Phase Change (MCP). The invention relates more particularly to the integration of a thermal storage system in concentrating solar power plants, for example for direct steam generation plants, or the recovery of the fatal heat industries.
