Food baking device, with its borders (1) and its spout (2), the assembly rests on feet (3) (4). It is made of steel enamelling, raw cast iron or enamelling and stainless food. It is characterized by its two front legs (4), adjustable in height, to offer the user a horizontal position or tilt forward to allow cooking to adapt food. the practical and major advantage for the use consists, both during the cooking and the cleaning phase, that all the liquids flow naturally thanks to its borders (1) and its spout (2) of flow, in a fat collector (5) secured (6). This spout (2) and the finalization of the borders (1), it is positioned in the middle on the front face of the plate. The device according to the invention is intended for foundries, manufacturers and designers of barbecue and plancha.
