Method for recrystallisation of a carbonaceous material (6), such as graphene or carbon nanotubes, comprising the following successive steps: - providing a non-metallic support (1), supporting a crystallised carbonaceous material (6), - providing a reaction chamber (3), equipped with at least one gas inlet (4), - placing the non-metallic support (1) in the reaction chamber (3), - heating the carbonaceous material, under a flow of hydrogen, in the presence of a carbon source, in such a way as to form an atomic hydrogen atmosphere comprising carbonaceous species and to recrystallise the carbonaceous material (6) on the support (1). The carbonaceous material (6) is heated by at least one filament (2), arranged between the support (1) and the gas inlet (4).
