This invention is a gymnastics apparatus upright head such as a fixed bar, asymmetrical bars, intended to articulate and hold the ends of the hand-rails, these latter forming a flat part provided with a horizontal axis of rotation projecting from each side , said upright head having a vertical notch for receiving said flat portion and a cavity or a horizontal notch for receiving the axis of rotation of the ends of said hand holder, characterized in that the upright head comprises a mobile stop between a working position to maintain assembled the end of said hand-holder with the upright head and an open position to release the end of said hand holder of the upright head. Another feature is that the movable stop is configured to assemble the end of said hand-holder with the upright head without manipulation of said movable stop, the latter is able to position itself by its weight or a spring in working position. Also the movable stop has a contact portion with said end configured to catch the games. The result according to this invention is a head to assemble without play, without the manipulation of the said heads and very quickly the hand holder of the gymnastics apparatus, also they remove unwanted falls during disassembly.
