METHOD OF THERMOMECHANICAL PROCESSING OF SEMI-FINISHED FRAGMENTS FROM ALUMINIUM ALLOYS OF Al-Cu, Al-Cu-Mg AND Al-Cu-Mn-Mg SYSTEMS FOR OBTAINING PRODUCTS WITH HIGH STRENGTH AND ACCEPTABLE PLASTICITY
FIELD: metallurgy.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the thermomechanical processing of semi-finished products made of aluminium alloys of the Al-Cu, Al-Cu-Mg and Al-Cu-Mn-Mg, and may be used in aircraft construction, shipbuilding, transport engineering and other branches of industry for producing articles having improved characteristics of durability and acceptable ductility. The method of thermomechanical treatment of cast semi-finished products from aluminium alloys of Al-Cu, Al-Cu-Mg and Al-Cu-Mn-Mg systems includes annealing of the casting for stress relief, machining to obtaining blanks having the required geometric dimensions, homogenization annealing at a temperature of 450- 520°C for 2-24 hours, pressure treatment at 350-450°C with the total true degree of deformation, locally attaining 1…3, solution treatment at 490-535°C for 1-10 hours followed by quenching in water, the temperature of which does not exceed 100°C, presentation at 150-200°C for 0.5-10 hours, cold deformation of the billet with a total true degree of deformation, locally reaching 0.01-0.8, and final aging at a temperature of 150-200°C for 1-10 hours.;EFFECT: invention allows improved performance of thermally aluminium alloys of Al-Cu, Al-Cu-Mg and Al-Cu-Mn-Mg.;3 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
