摘要

FIELD: construction.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundation construction, particularly, to device technology of the root piles. Method involves sinking of a well, installation of reinforcing frame, injection of injectable solution by a certain controlled pressure by means of the grout pump, crimping of the well. Reinforcement framework is made in the form of tube with a plug at the location of membrane-shell and two or three zones of injection holes in diameter of 0.08-0.12d, where d is diameter of the well. First zone of holes is located on end section of membrane-shell with pitch 0.5-0.6 d in staggered order, second zone is outside end zone with equal pitch of 3-6d, and the third is located in the area of reinforcement of the foundation of the reconstructed building. All perforation holes are closed with rubber cuffs of width 0.25-0.35d. At the injector two sealing rings are installed in diameter corresponding to the diameter of the well, at the distance of 3-4d from its two ends. Injection of injectable solution is performed by means of a rubber hose, on the lower end of which there is a packer, and the upper end is connected with pump station. For timely detection of potential defect of the membrane under upper sealing ring in the pipe-injector there is also a special hole.;EFFECT: increasing carrying capacity of a pile.;1 cl, 6 dwg
