FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for modelling pathological processes of formation of mineral phases in case of pathogenic calcification of collagenous and muscular tissues. Essence of the method lies in obtaining mineral phases, constituting the base of inorganic component of calcificates of human heart valves, in artificial, close to physical medium model system. Model media, close in their inorganic content, pH, ionic power to human blood plasma, with the following composition: solution volume 250 ml, weight of salts (g):CaCl*2HO - 0.1446; KHPO- 0.1288; (NH)HPO- 0.6600*10-3; MgCl*6HO - 0.0482; NaHCO- 0.5460; NaSO- 0.0639; NaCl - 5.7330 g, at pH 7.40±0.05 are created. Observation is carried out for 7 days, the obtained sediment is filtered, dried at t=80±5°C for 5 hours. Carbonatehydroxylapatite with admixture of whitlockite, close in composition to calcificates of human collagenous and muscular tissues is identified in sediment composition.EFFECT: application of the method makes it possible to detect parameters leading to pathogenic calcification of human collagenous and muscular tissues.3 dwg, 5 tbl
