1. A device for osteosynthesis of femoral neck fractures, which is a fenestrated cannulated compression screw, consisting of two rods - distal and proximal, made with through axial channels with the possibility of telescopic connection of the rods, and holes in the walls of the rods that provide substances stimulating to the fracture zone osteogenesis, where each of the rods is equipped with a threaded section to ensure adhesion of the screw with the bone material of the femoral neck. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the proximal rod is made of a smaller diameter, the distal rod is larger. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the proximal rod is made with an outer diameter of 4-8 mm, the distal is made with an outer diameter of 9-12 mm. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that part of the holes is located on the smooth surface of the screws and has an oval shape, and part of the holes is located on the threaded portion of the proximal screw and has dimensions smaller than the holes of the oval shape, while the total area of the holes is 40 -120 mm. 5. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the total area of the oval-shaped holes on the walls of the rods is 30-80 mm, and the area of the holes on the threaded part of the proximal rod is 10-40 mm. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the oval holes have an arrangement that provides the possibility of uniform distribution in the fracture zone of the substances supplied along the axial channel. The device according to claim 4, characterized in that the oval-shaped holes on each rod are made in the size of 2-3 × 3.5-4.5 mm with an allowable possible deviation from the indicated values
