A system for calculating a three-dimensional factor of a halo CME and an operating method thereof are disclosed. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the three-dimensional factor calculation system of Halo CME can be applied to a single satellite observation using a full ice-cream cone model in which a three-dimensional structure of CME is assumed to be a hemisphere- By calculating the three-dimensional factor of halo CME from the data, it can be used as an input factor when using the solar activity and geomagnetic storm forecasting model related to CME in the space weather forecasting organization.
