Disclosed are a method and a device to learn a reliability map through a reliability feature about a stereo image and to measure the reliability of a depth map generated through stereo-matching. The method includes: a step of generating a cost volume from a reference stereo image; a step of calculating a first reliability feature per pixel of the reference stereo image by using the cost volume; a step of calculating a second reliability feature per pixel by using a plurality of super pixels for the pixel; a step of learning a first reliability map for the first and second reliability features; and a step of generating a second reliability map for a depth map of a target stereo image by using a result of the learning. The first reliability map indicates the reliability of a reference depth map generated through stereo-matching on the reference stereo image.
