The invention bakteo Thun give a methyl metal contamination indicator microorganism growth level increases with an increase in metal contamination levels arm rudeom (Methylobactertundripaludum) the composition for heavy metals contamination check soil containing agents capable of detecting the strain, a method of using the soil heavy metals make kits for containing such compositions, the composition or kit determine the soil heavy metal contamination, and the using the composition or kit, to a method for quantitative analysis of the levels of heavy metals in soil. Using the heavy metal contamination indicator microorganisms provided by the present invention, since not only contaminate if the heavy metals soil can quantitatively analyze the level of my polluted heavy metal soil, it could be widely used for effective verification of Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil .;
