The present invention relates to a new comparative and quantitative mass analysis method capable of conducting comparative and quantitative mass analysis on N-connection type glycan and O-connection type glycan. The method includes: a step of cultivating cell strains in a first culture medium including first glucose (^12C_6) and a second culture medium including second glucose (1,2-^13C_2) labeled with an isotope; a step of extracting protein and removing lipid from the cell strains cultivated in the first and second culture media; a step of extracting peptide from the extracted protein; and a step of separating glycan from the extracted peptide. As such, the present invention is able to be applied to comparative, quantitative, and structural analysis on glycan of an unknown sample.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
