The present invention relates to a skin-contacting fibrous sheet of a melted formulation having excellent skin-dispersing ability and a product using the same.Disclosed is a skin sheet for skin contact, which comprises a carboxymethylcellulose woven fabric or a nonwoven fabric which is controlled to have a degree of substitution of 0.4 or more and is dispersed and absorbed into the skin by a physical dispersing force upon contact with water. A cosmetic sheet containing a high content of a cosmetic active ingredient, a water-soluble drug or a natural moisturizing ingredient, a drug delivery patch or a moisturizing sheet for treating atopy can be provided. Thus, by providing the product in the form of a dry sheet containing a skin-soluble component, it is easy to maintain the stability of the skin-soluble component in the formulation, so that it can be mounted in a high content and can be provided in a portable size, It is possible to provide a product of a novel formulation which can be improved.;
