The present invention provides a construction method for an environmentally friendly foundation structure considering environmental pollution. The construction method for an environmentally friendly foundation structure considering the environmental pollution includes: a step of embedding multiple pillars to a rock layer at predetermined intervals by boring a soil layer and the rock layer; a step of forming a wall by embedding multiple steel pipes along the outer circumference of the multiple pillars; a step of forming a barrier wall under a lower end of the wall; a step of excavating the soil layer and installing a wale in a horizontal direction of the pillar; a step of installing an anti-slip pillar at a same height as that of the wale in the horizontal direction of the pillar between the pillars; a step of completing excavation of the rock layer; a step of constructing a foundation structure; and a step of dismantling the wale and the anti-slip pillar and drawing out the steel pipe. According to the present invention, the construction method for an environmentally friendly foundation structure considering the environmental pollution can improve water cutoff effect of inflow water through the soil layer in comparison with an existing sheet pile and an existing concrete pile wall, by forming the wall by using the multiple steel pipes with a gap blocking unit. Minimum cement mortar is filled in the lower end of the steel pipe before the excavation, and a pre-barrier wall is formed. So, the construction method for an environmentally friendly foundation structure considering the environmental pollution can improve constructability and can prevent a dead space of an H-beam, the concrete, and a reinforcing bar mesh, thereby providing economical construction and preventing an environmental pollution problem.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
