Provided are a dynamic cone penetrator for measuring solidity and electrical resistivity of the ground and a ground penetrating radar probe system and method for correcting permittivity of the ground. The dynamic cone penetrometer for measuring solidity and resistivity of the ground is capable of: obtaining solidity characteristics in accordance with depth using dynamic penetration amount measured by the dynamic cone penetrator; determining degree of relaxation and wet state of a target ground by reversing the solidity and resistivity characteristics measured by using an electrode and temperature sensor; calculating permittivity with actual solidity and electrical characteristics of the target ground applied by applying a dynamic cone penetrator capable of obtaining electrical resistivity; and allowing ground penetrating radar probe equipment to obtain a cross-sectional image of the ground of high accuracy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
