The present invention provides a simple plastic board drain (PBD) composite equipment formed by mounting a mandrel on one side of a reader of existing PBD equipment and mounting a screw on the other side of the reader, the screw having a small diameter (180mm) almost equal to the long side of a rectangular section (typically, 70mm x 140mm) of the mandrel. The mandrel is not moved, so filling material is unnecessary, unlike a conventional technique, and a PBD drainage material is vertically formed to minimize a drainage distance according to compaction. When performing pre-drilling by a small screw, an eccentric load due to the self-weight of the screw is minimized by vertical tensile force of a penetration wire. In addition, there is no risk of a fall while maximizing the penetration load of the screw. Pre-drilling construction can be safely performed on the soft ground including a composite stratum by the lightweight and small-sized PBD composite equipment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
