摘要

The present invention relates to a method for producing carbon nanotubes/carbon composite fibers having high strength and high conductivity and carbon nanotubes/carbon composite fibers produced by the same. The method for producing carbon nanotubes/carbon composite fibers comprises: a carbon nanotube fiber production step of producing carbon nanotubes and converting the carbon nanotubes into fibers; a carbon nanotube fiber density increasing step of increasing the density of the carbon nanotube fibers; and a carbon deposition step of depositing carbon on the high-density carbon nanotube fibers. The carbon nanotubes/carbon composite fibers are produced by the above-described method, and comprise a plurality of carbon nanotubes oriented in a fiber axis direction, and carbon configured to connect the carbon nanotubes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
