The present invention relates to cooking oil and curing powder for skewered lamb, and a method of manufacturing the skewered lamb using the same. More specifically, the cooking oil includes edible oil, onion, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, Schizandra, and star anise; and the curing powder includes refined salt, pepper, monosodium L-glutamate, white sugar, ginger powder, chicken powder, and sodium 5-ribonucleotide. The method of manufacturing the skewered lamb includes the following steps: a lamb skewering step of inserting a skewer into lamb meat; a cooking oil applying step of applying a cooking oil composition for a lamb skewer onto the lamb meat inserted therein with the skewer via the lamb skewering step; a curing powder applying step of applying a curing powder composition onto the lamb applied thereon with the cooking oil composition for a lamb skewer via the cooking oil applying step; and a lamb skewer grilling step of grilling the lamb applied thereon with the curing powder composition via the curing powder applying step. The cooking oil, the curing powder, and the method of manufacturing the skewered lamb provide a lamb skewer excellent in taste and texture, absent from bad odor and fatty smell, and containing sufficient ingredients to improve a health of an eater.
