In the present invention, the tissue to be examined is continuously cut in the depth direction by a predetermined thickness, and the plurality of slices thus formed are respectively photographed and laminated, and then the pieces are combined into one three-dimensional image. It is possible to solve the limitation of the depth of photographing and obtain the three-dimensional information without limitation on the size of the tissue.
