The present invention relates to an apparatus to continuously form an oxide film of a soft aluminum conductor for a wire, capable of manufacturing an overhead transmission line to improve scratch resistance and electric characteristics; and a continuous oxide film formation method of a soft aluminum conductor for a wire using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a soft aluminum conductor supply unit to wind a soft aluminum conductor with a predetermined length, sequentially supplying the same along a transfer path; a transfer unit to transfer the soft aluminum conductor along the transfer path; a continuous anodizing unit installed in the moving path, and anodizing a surface of the soft aluminum conductor to form a film while sequentially moving the soft aluminum conductor transferred by the transfer unit; and a winding unit installed in the transfer path, sequentially winding the soft aluminum conductor having the film formed thereon.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
