The present invention relates to an apparatus for providing a platform for interview news, combined news, and SNS. According to the present invention, a common person can apply to be a celebrity to the platform for interview news with combined news and SNS, uploads a post for introducing himself or herself, allows other common people to ask questions about the post, and, sometimes, allows common people to ask questions after pre-payment to generate income to the celebrity applicant who answered the questions. Donations from a company are differentially provided in accordance with the numbers of questions and clicks. Therefore, common people who didnt succeed can be celebrities. The apparatus for providing a platform for interview news, combined news, and SNS comprises: an interview post registration request means which uploads posts of celebrity applications and introduction to the platform for interview news and obtains donations in accordance with the degree of reaction to the post uploaded to the platform for interview news; an interview news service unit which posts the interview post, requested by the interview post registration request means, to the platform for interview news as interview news, extracts a degree of reaction to the interview post, and distributes the donation; and an interview news search and inquiry means which searches for the interview news posted on the platform for interview news, makes inquires, and registers answer results, as reports, in the interview news service unit.
