The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation of chondrocytes or regenerating cartilage tissue comprising exosome extracted from stem cells differentiated into chondrocytes as an active ingredient, a medium composition for inducing differentiation of chondrocytes comprising the composition, And to pharmaceutical compositions for the treatment of injections and cartilage diseases. The composition for inducing chondrocyte differentiation or cartilage regeneration according to an embodiment of the present invention contains exosome extracted from stem cells differentiating into chondrocytes as an effective factor. The exosomes secreted during the differentiation of stem cells contain genes and proteins related to cell proliferation and regeneration of stem cells, as well as growth factors related to chondrocyte differentiation, and thus induce regeneration of injured cartilage tissue.
