The present invention relates to a microbial preparation for controlling roots of root rot of a ginseng comprising an actinomycetes strain, characterized in that it contains actinic actinomycetes BK185 strain KACC91826P or a culture thereof having an antagonistic action against the root rot rot fungi as an active ingredient. The microorganism preparation containing the actinomycetes BK185 strain KACC91826P of the present invention or the culture thereof has excellent antagonistic ability against the ginseng root rot disease bacteria and is useful as a microorganism preparation for controlling environmentally friendly ginseng root rot disease because of environmental pollution and human toxicity have.
