APPARATUS FOR EVAPORATING AND DRYING HIGH WATER CONTENT SLUDGE BY USING LOW-TEMPERATURE HOT WIND AND NEGATIVE-PRESSURE, HIGH-SPEED WIND, AND METHOD FOR DRYING HIGH WATER CONTENT SLUDGE BY USING LOW-TEMPERATURE HOT WIND AND NEGATIVE-PRESSURE, HIGH-SPEED WIND
The present invention relates to an apparatus for evaporating and drying high water content sludge by using low-temperature hot wind and negative-pressure, high-speed wind, and a method for drying high water content sludge by using low-temperature hot wind and negative-pressure, high-speed wind, and more specifically, to an apparatus for evaporating and drying high water content sludge by using low-temperature hot wind and negative-pressure, high-speed wind, and a method for drying high water content sludge by using low-temperature hot wind and negative-pressure, high-speed wind, which can evaporate and dry or dry not only organic high water content sludge, such as wastewater sludge, livestock manure sludge, poultry manure sludge, food waste sludge, or the like, and an inorganic mineral material, such as waste garnet sludge, or the like, through direct heating using low-temperature hot wind and evaporation action using negative-pressure, high-speed wind, thereby significantly increasing drying time and drying efficiency. The apparatus for evaporating and drying high water content sludge by using low-temperature hot wind and negative-pressure, high-speed wind according to the present invention comprises: a mixing and grinding device which grinds high water content sludge, introduced via a hopper, into a predetermined size; a low-temperature hot wind heating and drying device into which the sludge ground and discharged via the mixing and grinding device is introduced, and which directly heats the sludge by means of low-temperature hot wind so that activities of moisture and water molecules included in the sludge can be generated; a hot wind generator which generates the hot wind to be supplied to the low-temperature hot wind heating and drying device; a negative-pressure, high-speed wind evaporation and drying device which gasifies and evaporates moisture and water vapor included in the sludge directly heated at a low temperature and discharged via the low-temperature hot wind heating and drying device; and a negative pressure generator which is connected to one side of the negative-pressure, high-speed wind evaporation and drying device, and which maintains negative-pressure, high-speed wind evaporation and drying device in a negative-pressure state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
