The present invention relates to a method for determining whether an alpha-dicarbonyl compound is contained in a sample. More specifically, according to the present invention, the presence or absence of the alpha-dicarbonyl compound in the sample is detected with high sensitivity by using a dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, thereby quantitatively determining whether the alpha-dicarbonyl compound having toxicity in the sample is contained or not accurately and conveniently.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
