The present invention relates to a method of selecting non-point pollution source reduction facilities, comprises a step of selecting the best location of a non-point pollution source reduction facilities using fuzzy superposition; a step of analyzing a cost to an effect caused by improving the flow rate or water quality by calculating the cost of a candidate non-point pollution source reduction facilities that can be installed at the selected best location and a cost based on the size of the non-point pollution source reduction facilities; and a step of selecting the non-point pollution source reduction facilities among the candidate non-point pollution source reduction facilities according to the analyzed cost to an effect caused by improving the flow rate or water quality. By objectively evaluating the location suitability of non-point pollution source reduction facilities for various conflicting location evaluation criteria, it can contribute to reduce the factors of location conflict according to the type of non-favorable facilities of local residents and to improve the reliability of national space planning policy. In addition, it is possible to minimize the trial and error of budget execution and enhance transparency by defining cost calculation according to the type and size of the non-point pollution source reduction facilities as a definite mathematical model.
