Disclosed is an improved multi-purpose complex portable device capable of remarkably reducing manufacturing costs and time. According to the present invention, the improved multi-purpose complex portable device comprises: a housing which includes a horizontal housing embedded such that a battery is attached or detached, and a vertical housing which protrudes from one side of the horizontal housing upward having a motor connected with the battery to be turned on/off; a plurality of length changing elastic support members provided on a circumference of the body of the motor, fixating and mounting the motor inside the vertical housing; a cutter member which includes a shaft accommodating part fastened with a rotating shaft provided on an upper portion of the motor and a pair of magnetic members provided to be attached or detached from the shaft accommodating part to be eccentric, providing a plurality of cutter blades on an upper portion thereof in an elastic method; a first upper cover provided on an upper portion of the cutter member, is mounted on an inner side or an outer side of the vertical housing to be attached or detached, and provides a plurality of holes; and a second upper cover mounted to be attached or detached from the outside of the vertical housing. The second upper cover comprises: a plurality of pressure protrusions provided on an outer upper portion thereof to be separated; and a first switch provided on the housing controlling turning on/off of the battery and the pressure protrusions. The multi-purpose complex portable device is operated as at least one of a portable electric razor, a portable fuzz remover, and a portable massage device.
