The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a contra-vision display panel and a contra-vision display panel manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing a contra-vision display panel can manufacture a panel such as window glass displaying and providing a predetermined image to the outside and not displaying the image when the image is shown from the inside while the outside can be seen from the inside. Also, the method for manufacturing a contra-vision display panel can reduce the number of processes for manufacturing the panel, process complexity, and process time and can improve life of a product and durability. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a contra-vision display panel includes: a first step of coating one side of a transparent panel or a translucent panel with ink in a dot form and forming a first dot layer on which multiple dots are arranged at intervals; and a second step of coating each dot of the first dot layer with the ink and forming a second dot layer on which the multiple dots are arranged at the intervals. At least one dot layer selected among the first dot layer and the second dot layer is formed as unit dots are gathered to display a predetermined whole image.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
