The present invention relates to a method to monitor noise between floors of a complex building, comprising: a step of acquiring a vibration value detected by a plurality of vibration sensing modules installed on the ceiling of a lower floor of the complex building including a plurality of households; a step of comparing each of the vibration values detected by the plurality of vibration sensing modules with a reference vibration value to determine a household which generates noise between floors exceeding a reference limit based on a result of the comparison; and a step of performing an alarming function to the household, which generates noise between floors exceeding the reference limit, through an alarm apparatus, which is in advance registered for each household, and a complex building monitoring system. According to the present invention, the present invention is able to provide an alarming function for a household, which generates noise between floors exceeding a reference limit in a complex building, and a function to prevent a dispute due to noise between floors by constantly monitoring noise between floors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
