The present invention provides an open effort assisting double joint hood hinge for reducing hood open effort to enable a user to use only minimum power when opening and closing a hood. According to the present invention, a hood connection unit connected to the hood by being riveted with the rear upper part of the hood connection unit formed in order for a shape shown from the side to have the shape of ᅥ is operated by a hinge in the upper part of the side rear end of a mounting frame connected by a bolt as a connection hole is formed on both sides of the lower surface to be strongly connected to a vehicle body. A link joint is installed in the lower part of the hood connection unit. The link joint is connected in order for one side of a first link and a second link to be freely rotated and is formed to generate power in a direction of separating an angle between the first link and the second link by connecting a spring for generating elasticity between the first link and the second link. The one side of the first link is connected to rotate by being riveted at the center of the lower side surface of the mounting frame, and the one side of the second link is riveted with the rear lower part of the hood connection unit. So, the link joint operates while the hood connection unit rotates. Therefore, the power can be transferred to the hood connection unit. The link joint transfers the power in a direction of pushing the hood connection unit when the hood is open at a predetermined angle or greater to easily lift the hood. When the hood is closed at the predetermined angle or less, the power is transferred in a direction of pulling the hood connection unit to maintain a strongly closed state of the hood.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
