The present invention is a profit distribution system with a travel agency in relation to an online-to-offline (O2O) service trading of a travel destination product, the system comprising: a first step of registering traveler information in a system by the travel agency; a second step of providing information registered by the travel agency to a seller by the system; a third step of registering product information for sale and commission information in the system by the seller; a fourth step of providing the product information registered by the seller to the travel agency by scoring by the system; a fifth step of selecting the product information to provide to the traveler based on the information provided by the system by the travel agency; a sixth step of providing the selected product information to the traveler by the travel agency; and a seventh step of distributing profits ocuured from a paid product price to the seller and the travel agency by the traveler.
