According to the present invention, a method for lot-drawing candidate election using a zip code comprises: a step where a candidate election server receives personal information including an address or a zip code from a user terminal via the internet to allow members to register; a step where the candidate election server divides one election district into a plurality of zip code unit areas, and allows members joined during a prescribed candidate applicant registration period for each zip code unit area to register as preliminary candidate applicants of the zip code unit area where the members reside; a step where the candidate election server announces preliminary candidate applicants recommended by a prescribed number of people as formal candidate applicants by allowing voters who are members residing in an identical zip code unit area to undergo a process of connecting to the candidate election server by user terminals to recommend the registered preliminary candidate applicants; a step where the voters undergoes a process of connecting to vote for the formal candidate applicants to elect one person acquiring the most votes as an area candidate; a step of verifying prescribed donation deposit from area candidates elected for zip code unit areas in the one election district; and a step of running a lot-drawing programs for area candidates whose donation deposit is verified to elect one final candidate in the one election district. The zip code is used to divide an area of voters and candidates. Anyone can easily perform candidate registration.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
