Disclosed are an electrical safety management server, and an electrical safety management apparatus and a method thereof. The electrical safety management apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a data reception part receiving electrical safety data including at least one of voltage, current, frequency, arc, power consumption amount, temperature and image data from an electrical safety module; a data analysis part analyzing the electrical safety data to determine whether the electrical safety data is in a normal range; a data determination part determining whether an emergency situation occurs based on the electrical safety data when the electrical safety data is not in the normal range; and an electrical safety control part performing autonomous control of the electric safety module when the emergency situation occurs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
