The present invention relates to a flexible printed circuit board release film. Electron beams are irradiated onto a release film which applies releasing properties to the surface of a fabric to protect a product and to be easily peeled from the product afterwards, and thus heat resistance and mechanical properties of the release film are enhanced. Electron beams are irradiated onto a release film which is not synthesized or a release film which is synthesized by multiple layers under conditions in which an electrical current is 3.1-24.3 mA and a velocity is 5-10 m/min.
