The present invention relates to a system and a method for automatically transmitting a broadcast image for a lecture for next generation e-learning. The system for automatically transmitting a broadcast image for a lecture for next generation e-learning comprises: a web server to construct a webpage (or a document) for a lecture when a learner requests transmission of the webpage to a learner terminal; a schedule information database to store lecture schedule information for each specific CMS item; a media storage device to store broadcast image information for a lecture corresponding to the lecture schedule information; and a TVon cast engine to read lecture schedule information from the schedule information database when the learner using the webpage for a lecture requests a service, and sequentially read broadcast image information for a lecture from the media storage device in accordance with the read lecture schedule information to automatically transmit the broadcast image information to the learner terminal. Stepwise learning management is allowed in accordance with a broadcast schedule. Time management suitable for a lecture is allowed.
