The present invention is to make grooves on a crosswalk to allow the visually impaired and the physically disabled to safely cross at the crosswalk, so the visually impaired and the physically disabled can move to in the opposite side while pushing a walking stick along the grooves. In addition, since a touch sensor is embedded in the crosswalk, when a wheelchair or the stick passes, the sensor is pressed by the stick or the wheelchair and operates, and a traffic light on a road is not turned on to green even in a situation where the disabled could not cross at the crosswalk yet. Finally, a protrusion part is placed the beginning portion of the crosswalk to prevent the blind people from crossing at the crosswalk when the light is red.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
