The present invention relates to a complete sequencing-based original variety identification marker for nuclear ribosome DNA sequences and chloroplast genome for Saposhnikoviae Radix, Peucedani Radix, and Glehniae Radix. The present invention further relates to a primer set, and a use thereof. A molecular marker and the primer set of the present invention enable identification of Saposhnikoviae Radix, Peucedani Radix, and Glehniae Radix with low costs and high efficiency, and identification of raw materials even in processed products of Saposhnikoviae Radix. Additionally, the molecular marker and the primer set can also be used in solving seed-associated issues, protecting varieties, and retaining purity in Saposhnikoviae Radix.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
