The present invention relates to a functional food composition using Cordyceps sinensis. More specifically, the present invention relates to the functional food composition using Cordyceps sinensis for reducing body fat and improving intestine functions, a prepared agent using the same, and a preparing method thereof. According to the present invention, the functional food composition for reducing body fat and improving intestine functions includes: 100 parts by weight of the Cordyceps sinensis (on a dry weight basis) with the cordycepin content of 1000 ppm or more; 10 to 200 parts by weight of a hydrolyzed water-soluble collagen substance (on a dry weight basis) with the average molecular weight of 800 to 11000; and 10 to 100 parts by weight of Hericium erinaceum (on a dry weight basis). According to the present invention, the functional food composition for reducing body fat and improving intestine functions can be utilized from various food products and medicine fields and can be easily consumed by anyone while having good flavors.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
