The present invention relates to a test apparatus, a test method, and an analysis system to simulate an excavation and hilling process for earth balancing tunnel boiling machine (TBM) design and research; capable of selecting and designing an optimal TBM fit to the characteristics of the ground. According to the present invention, the test apparatus comprises: a soil tank including the soil inserted inside; a main unit including a cutter head drilled towards the soil stored in the soil tank to excavate the soil, having a cutting tool formed on a drilling plate, a rotary device to rotate the cutter head with respect to a longitudinal axis, an actuator to allow the cutter head to drill the soil, and a cutter head chamber; a discharged soil measurement unit receiving the soil excavated by the cutter head to measure a weight of the discharged soil; a soil transfer means to transfer the soil excavated by the cutter head, and discharged to the cutter head chamber to the discharged soil measurement unit; and a measurement device to measure a rotational speed and force, an excavation speed, length, and pressure of the cutter head.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
