The present invention relates to a high-mobility organic semiconductor material and a method of manufacturing an electron transport layer using a laser induced molecular alignment. The high-mobility organic semiconductor material includes: a charge transport material including an electron-withdrawing group; and at least one acceptor or donor material coupled to the charge transport material, where the combination of the charge transport material and the acceptor or donor material exhibits a predetermined dipole moment. The method of manufacturing an electron transport layer using a laser induced molecular alignment includes the steps of: preparing an organic semiconductor material; forming a thin film including the organic semiconductor material on a substrate; and performing a molecular alignment of the organic semiconductor material by emitting a polarizing laser to the thin film. Thus, the polarizing laser and the organic semiconductor material are matched in the dipole moment direction so that the organic semiconductor material is molecularly aligned, thereby improving the electron mobility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
