UFS UFS METHOD FOR OPERATING UNIVERSAL FLASH STROAGE UFS DEVICE METHOD FOR OPERATING UFS HOST AND METHOD FOR OPERATING UFS SYSTREM HAVING THEM
The present invention relates to a method for operating a universal flash storage (UFS) device, and to a method for operating a UFS host, capable of automatically detecting a situation, in which data cannot be transferred through a link, and triggering UniPro Warm Reset about the UFS device, according to detection results. The method for operating the UFS device having a structure, capable of communicating through the UFS host and the link, comprises the following steps: a step in which the UFS device communicates with the UFS host through the link; a step in which the UFS device determines whether worm reset for the link is required; and a step in which the UFS device operates as an initiator of the warm reset, when the warm reset is required, wherein the worm reset may be the UniPro Warm Reset.
