TRANSPARENT, HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE, HIGHLY CONDUCTIVE POLYIMIDE SUBSTRATE HAVING SILVER NANOWIRE AND TRANSPARENT NANOCLAY INSTALLED THEREIN, AND PRODUCTION OF FLEXIBLE TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE USING SAME
The present invention relates to a silver nanowire-2-dimensional nanoclay composite transparent conductive polyimide film. A silver nanowire has very excellent conductivity, and a small amount thereof is coated on a transparent film when a high fineness ratio is ensured. Thus, while the transparency of the film is maintained, very excellent conductivity can be imparted. Moreover, when peeled 2-dimensional nanoclay is arranged in a transverse direction in a film, transparency is maintained, and penetration of moisture or oxygen in a longitudinal direction can be remarkably reduced. Furthermore, a transparent polyimide has high penetration, high conductivity, and high heat resistance, and is a very suitable material for providing a transparent flexible substrate. According to the present invention, a silver nanowire, 2-dimensional nanoclay, and transparent polyimide are composited, so a silver nanowire-2-dimensional nanoclay composite transparent conductive polyimide film is produced. The silver nanowire-2-dimensional nanoclay composite transparent conductive polyimide film has a moisture and oxygen blocking function, high penetration, high conductivity, and high resistance, and has 2-dimensional nanoclay evenly distributed in a transparent polyimide film having a silver nanowire network layer formed on one side surface thereof. It has been confirmed that the silver nanowire-2-dimensional nanoclay composite transparent conductive polyimide film has very excellent surface resistance, light penetration, moisture blocking rates, and flexibility.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
