The present invention relates to an operating method of a fuel payment by fuel subsidies using a radio frequency (RF) tag. According to the present invention, the method, which is carried out by a device installed in a gas station that feeds vehicles subject to fuel subsidies, comprises: a first step of confirming a unique code from an RF tag attached on the vehicle subject to fuel subsidies among vehicles entering a gas station through a recognizer installed in the gas station; a second step of storing a vehicle code of the vehicle subject to fuel subsidies corresponding to N number of (N = 1) unique codes confirmed through the recognizer and an identification (ID) code to recognize card information of a fuel subsidies card in a predetermined storage region for a particular time to manage the codes; a third step of reading read card information to determine whether or not a card is the fuel subsidies card when the card information for paying a fuel price is read through a card reader; a fourth step of reading the fuel subsidies card through the ID code corresponding to the N number of unique codes to check whether or not the fuel subsidies card corresponds to an n^th (1 = n = N) unique code among the N number of unique codes when the card information is determined as the fuel subsidies card; and a fifth step of transmitting refueling payment particulars for the fuel subsides card corresponding to the n^th unique code to a fuel subsidies management system via a predetermined path when the card information is checked as the fuel subsidies card corresponding to the n^th unique code.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
