According to an embodiment of the present invention, a shearing strength evaluation device for frozen ground comprises: a rod unit having a conic cone unit installed on one end thereof and a guide unit installed on the other end thereof to be inserted into frozen ground; a pressing unit connected to the guide unit to be vertically moved to press the rod unit to insert the conic cone unit into the frozen ground while falling along the guide unit; a strain gage installed in the conic cone unit to sense strain of the conic cone unit in an electric resistance value when the pressing unit presses the rod unit to measure a force (F) when the conic cone unit is inserted into the frozen ground; an accelerometer installed in the conic cone unit to sense acceleration at which the conic cone unit is inserted in the frozen ground when the pressing unit presses the rod unit; and a calculation unit to receive the force (F) measured by the strain gage and the acceleration measured by the accelerometer to calculate shearing strength of the frozen ground when the conic cone unit is inserted into the frozen ground.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
