The present invention relates to a flow frame capable of improving generation of a shunt current, and to a redox flow secondary battery having the flow frame. The flow frame according to the present invention comprises: a frame body in which an electrode is installed in a central portion; an injection flow path part formed on one side of the frame body with an electrode as the center to inject electrolyte into the electrode; and an outflow flow path part formed on the other side of the frame body with the electrode as the center to discharge the electrolyte from the electrode. The injection flow path part and the outflow flow path part each include a manifold formed in the frame body, a main channel connected to the manifold, and a plurality of branch channels connected to the main channel through the medium of a branching tank.
